I am talking about the entire Specialty Equipment Market Association and Street Rood Marketing Alliance Council base of power, knowledge, and membership advantages at your fingertips. There are many indirect benefits you enjoy every day as you open your business door or drive your favorite kit car. You will be able to continue enjoying these without becoming a member because of the dedication of others. Huge amounts of man-hours are spent by our association each year in watching government legislation. Learning how we can work beside our legislators for the betterment of all of us has been our goal, and we are very proud of all the positive changes we have made.
As you read SRMA Views from issue to issue, it becomes clear the writers believe in the worth of this association and the benefits offered. As a member of the Street Rod Marketing Alliance Select Committee, I would urge you to join us and get active with us for positive change.
SRMA has recently recognized Cobras and other replicas of cars produced 25 years ago and earlier, where previously, only pre-'48 street rods were represented by the group. Now THAT's a positive change. Join up and be a part of that change...for the better.
