Bill Stephens and his red Manta Montage have been to the Run & Gun before (in 2003 and 2004). The first year he blew up the car's 2.8 V-6 while out on the track, and came back last year with a 350 Chevy installed, but oil pressure problems kept him sidelined. Everything worked right with the car this time, but he was called away and unable to compete. He hopes to come back next year to get it done! View Related Article
