Thunder Ranch, located near San Diego in El Cajon, California, worked with the car's owner, Brian Setters, to create this one-off 718 RSK hillclimb racer. Using vintage photographs of the rare Porsche originals, the duo bounced ideas off each other to produce one of the most stunning replicars ever produced...

Not just a showstopper but a driver, too, Setter's 718 was good to go right out of the box, recording a 60-foot time of 2.28 seconds while covering the quartermile in the mid-14s at almost 100 mph. Braking, with disc brakes on each corner, brought the car from 60 mph to 0 in under 144 feet...

...Thunder Ranch 16x6x7 aluminum wheels wrapped in Falken rubber (205/60- and 225/55-16) helped the car maneuver the slalom at 40.9 mph while averaging 0.87 g's of lateral force on the 200-foot skidpad.
