Assembly
How much time should a perspective customer allocate to build an Aldino and what type of tools will be required?
That really depends on how much time a person wants to spend on building his or her own car. This car goes together using simple hand tools. One important question is: What's the condition of the donor car?
The quick way to build an Aldino is to find a Fiero donor car in great shape. You may pay a bit more, but if you want to build your Aldino quickly, it's worth the cost. Look for a donor with a nice interior and in good mechanical shape with a good engine (the condition of the body panels is unimportant). If you start with a nice donor, you could be testdriving an assembled Aldino within a few weeks. Then it's time for paint and final assembly (marker-lights, decals, etc.), and bingo, there you are, driving your very own handmade sports car that you built yourself.
A car that only needs an interior can be selected as a donor. (Mr. Mikes, of Florida, makes seat covers with the Aldino logo embossed in the seatback). A potential Aldino owner should decide how they want the build to proceed. Someone could spend lots of time on a project like this by rebuilding a complete chassis from the ground up. Or, someone could find a Fiero in fairly nice shape, and quickly convert it into an Aldino. A Fiero with a V-8 or a 3800SC can also be used.
Turnkeys
Turnkey Aldino automobiles are completely refurbished and warranted for one full year. The turnkey Aldinos that receive a stock, remanufactured Jasper 2.8-liter Fiero V-6 engine also come with a 36,000-mile warranty. Aldino can construct a turnkey made to your exact specifications to order. Or, one could purchase a turnkey Aldino from one of the company's in-stock Aldino creations.

Future Plans
There are no plans to sell anything other than the Aldino K/O. The car has a classic style that will always be desirable. Most people just love this car, and the Aldino Car Company enjoys manufacturing the Aldino K/O.
Several projects are in the works to enhance the Aldino K/O further. Options like electric power steering and offering a convertible Aldino are on the horizon. Rich and Ellen continue to consult with the Aldino K/O's creator, Joe Palumbo.
The Wisconsin Fiero Fanatics car club provides a great resource for technical support with Fiero issues. The company uses professionals who are well established within the kit car industry for parts. Mr. Mike embosses the Aldino's leather seats with the Aldino K/O logo. Held Motorsports supplies the suspension components. Fast Fieros provides the wiring harnesses. West Coast Fieros supplies the 3800SC installation motor mounts and headers, etc.
The Aldino K/O has been around for more than 20 years for many reasons-not only because of its classic lines, which will always be in style, but because of its ease of assembly and high-quality parts and fantastic handling. Richard and Ellen Lichte are committed to producing these beautiful, sporty, and classic styled kit cars. The Aldino K/O is fun and easy to assemble and is affordably priced.
