While covering the Carlisle Show, we had an opportunity to visit with Fran Hall, the owner of Race Car Replicas in Fraser, Michigan. He displayed several of his '60s-era racecar replicas. RCR premiered a couple of almost finished all-new creations at the show: an RCR-Superlite Roadster and an RCR-Superlite Coupe. Pictured here in the back row is the RCR-70 Mk. IIIB Coupe, wearing orange stripes. The white-over-steel-blue coupe is a RCR-40 Mk. I. In the front row are RCR's latest innovations, the bare-bones RCR-Superlite Roadster and the RCR-Superlite Coupe in yellow. All four of these sweet machines are mid-engine rear drive vehicles that offer state-of-the-art automotive engineering and technology, superior build quality, automotive innovation, and value. We did a shop tour of the Race Car Replicas facility last year that's already out of date, as RCR is moving to a bigger facility, and they keep introducing new Supercars.
