The cable housing adjuster will be mounted under the car in a location to actuate the single cable end that is attached to the foot or hand activated E-brake lever. Then the outer cable housing would be run from the E-brake mounting bracket at the rear housing to the cable housing where the housing will be carefully cut to length, the ferrule slipped into place and the inserted into the housing.
