The rack is mounted to the Devin with split aluminum blocks that fit in the collars on the rack. If yours are missing, get a machine shop to make up a set. I only use NAS (aircraft) bolts in all critical locations on any car I intend to put on a race track. I usually buy them from Aircraft Spruce & Specialty (877/477-7823); it carries a wide range of sizes and has decent prices.
